The issue was traced to the message processing layer within our infrastructure. Under periods of elevated workload, a condition affecting the prioritization and sequencing of queued requests caused dispatch operations to be processed less efficiently than intended. As a result, some transactions experienced delays in dispatch processing, leading to longer-than-expected response times for a subset of operations.
Following the investigation, corrective actions were implemented to restore the expected behavior of the messaging platform. These changes were validated in production, confirming that dispatch processing has returned to normal operating levels and that the affected services are functioning as expected.
